01 — Who We Are
Power House Petroleum for Fuel Trading Import and Export and Shaham Gas Petroleum and Energy Resources are licensed trading companies headquartered in Doha. Together they form one integrated platform for the purchase, sale, storage and supply of petroleum products — crude oil, LNG, LPG, Jet A-1 and refined fuels.
Our hub is Qatar, and from Qatar the entire business is directed. We work with established refineries and producers across the region and beyond, hold our own tanker and storage capacity, and can establish permanent or floating storage wherever a client's programme requires it — supported by a joint-venture storage arrangement with Al Arabi.
Behind the companies stands a leadership team whose trading heritage reaches back to 1991 in California and spans the United States, Australia, the Gulf and South Asia. That heritage gives our clients something rare in this market: a counterparty with history, verifiable track record and a reputation it has spent a lifetime protecting.

For more than three decades my work has been guided by one conviction: that trade, conducted with integrity, builds nations. Since founding Phoenician International Trading in California in 1991, I have had the privilege of connecting producers and buyers across the United States, Australia, the Middle East and South Asia — in energy, infrastructure, agriculture and food security.
Power House Petroleum and Shaham Gas are the natural culmination of that journey. From our hub in Doha we bring together reliable sources of crude oil, refined fuels, LNG, LPG and aviation fuel, secured storage capacity and disciplined logistics — so that every client receives exactly what was contracted: the right product, to specification, at the right port, on time.

Qatar has been my home and my marketplace for many years. Through the Pick Quick Group I have built and operated fifteen enterprises across Doha — in transport and chauffeured mobility, car rental, real estate, hypermarkets, restaurants, food delivery, poultry and meat, automotive services and spare parts. Every one of them taught me the same lesson: clients return when every riyal is accounted for and every promise is kept.
At Power House Petroleum and Shaham Gas I bring that same financial discipline to the energy sector. Own tanker and storage capacity, with the ability to establish permanent onshore or floating storage when a programme requires it — supported by our joint-venture storage arrangement with Al Arabi.
Vessel nomination and chartering, ship-to-ship transfers, bunkering coordination and port-agency management for cargoes moving across the Gulf and onward to global destinations.
Road-tanker distribution for regional delivery from terminal to customer, with tracked dispatch and documented custody transfer at every hand-over.
Independent SGS, Intertek or equivalent inspection of quality and quantity at the port of loading, marine insurance, and a complete documentary trail for every shipment.
ICPO, term sheet and SPA management, bank instruments (BPU, SBLC MT760), letters of credit and payment structures that protect buyer and seller alike.
Drawing on our leadership's project-finance heritage, we support the development of storage, distribution and energy facilities with partners in emerging markets.

06 — Transaction Procedure
Every transaction follows internationally recognised practice under Incoterms® 2020, so both parties know exactly what happens, and when.
Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with company registration, banking details and POF, accepting the seller's procedure.
Seller issues the principal commercial terms: product, quantity, price, destination and transaction structure.
Buyer reviews, signs and returns the term sheet as acceptance of the principal terms.
Seller issues the full SPA; both parties review, agree and execute the final contract.
For the first transaction only, buyer issues a BPU from an acceptable bank as a payment guarantee.
Seller allocates cargo and ships under CIF, with SGS / Intertek Q&Q inspection at the load port and marine insurance.
Commercial invoice, clean on-board Bills of Lading, Q&Q report, certificate of origin, insurance certificate and cargo manifest.
Against full documents, buyer issues an operative SBLC via SWIFT MT760 as payment guarantee for this and subsequent shipments.
Payment is released per the SPA and the cargo is delivered to the agreed destination port.
FOB, DAP and tank-take-over structures are also available on request. Final procedure is always confirmed in the SPA.
